Let Antonio Curiale greet you with a warm “Ciao, come và?”, while you enjoy artisanal, Italian street food favorites in the heart of York!

For a Sicilian-themed lunch, visit Pizzoli’ in the Shambles Food Court, and treat yourself to authentic, Italian, homemade pizza, lasagne and focaccia; Antonio also makes delicious pizzolo (a flat bread pizza filled with different ingredients) and arancino (risotto croquette filled with Ragu’, ham & cheese or four cheeses).

The Curiale family has a long history of flour and pasta production, dating back to the early 1950s; after studying Agricultural and Food Sciences, which taught him the chemistry behind food preparation, Antonio now shares his passion of producing quality, healthy food whilst promoting the Italian traditions and the Mediterranean diet.
